Setting the Scene Part 2

In part 2 of 'Setting the Scene', Sue teaches valuable techniques to increase the value of your Balloon Wall and really make it stand out from the crowd. Sue also shows how to create a stunning organic garland, a complementary air-filled confetti balloon and imparts a plethora of great techniques to add even more value.
This design is very adaptable and can be themed to suit any occasion. Simply change the colours of the wall, the garland and add different themed accent balloons.
